Bell Schedules, pick up and drop off

Arrivals and Parking:

• Students may arrive on the campus in the mornings after 8:10AM. There is no supervision prior. Children are expected to gather and wait at their grade level meeting spot. 

• The gate will open at 8:20 and students grades 1-5 are expected to line up at their classroom line up spot and remain in line

• Preschool (8:30), TK (8:45) and Kindergarten (8:25) will open their gates at their start time and close the gate once all students in the line have entered the classroom. 

• Teachers pick up their students at 8:25 when instruction and breakfast beings

• Any student arriving after 8:25 must stop in the office for a tardy slip.

• Parking is extremely limited. We ask that our families reserve spots for families of preschool, TK, Kinder and SDC families as they require extra support getting to school

• Guests may park in spaces labeled “staff” after 8:10am- they are reserved for staff prior. 

Pick up

1. All students must be picked up within 10 minutes of their dismissal time. There is no supervision after 10 minutes and students will be walked to the office for pick up.

2. Students will be escorted to their gate location (same as arrival spot) for guardian pick up. Guardians, please wait in your car at the pick up zone or wait outside the gate

3.  Only guardians with educational rights to their child, plus anyone on the emergency contact list, may pick up a student

4. Students grades 3 and above may have written guardian permission to walk/bike home. Your teacher will distribute a permission slip

driving and pedestrian safety

1. Parking (including waiting in your car)  in any red zones is prohibited and subject to a ticket or towing violation at your own expense

2. Please drive slowly in our parking lot and drop off zone, preparing for frequent stops 

3. Abide by all directions from staff to keep traffic flowing 

4. We encourage families to walk, bike, and carpool when possible, as parking is extremely limited

5. Bike helmets are required if riding. Bikes may be locked outside our campus. Bikes left on the rack are not the responsibility of the school

6. All play structures are closed before & immediately after school
